You want gritty you got it, after her father being murdered and then being gang raped by a rival mc club. Juliette/Sammie is out for revenge. To get revenge she has to infiltrate there club by remodelling herself and creating a new identity.Dornan the prez of the mc club, he just makes my skin crawl as I'm sure his meant to! His sons are no better except for Jase, his sweet and caring.
Sammie has developed strength over the years while planning her revenge, how she can do what she is doing with Dornan is beyond me.
As well as being in the current, there are flash backs and they are not pleasant.
This contains non con, and lots of sex but none of it in a romantic setting. It's an mc club with a dark twisted man at its helm, I look forward to his downfall :)
A stirring read though will follow on with series.
