Hard to Love
How can you make a relationship work when you come from diffrerent sides of the track..........A trainee nurse (lexi) working in the er encounters a hot man (cade) with a problem 'his had an erection for 4 hours' he needs help and is in pain. To make it worse his a porn star, and it's obvious to see why.
When she encounters super sexy hot Cade again in a bar by accident while very drunk, her friend suggests he pops her cherry, he very gentlemanly declines giving her an address suggesting she call on him if she feels the same sober. She''s pissed at him for thinking she would not do it so goes to face him down - ready to give him a piece of her mind, even though she has the hots for him! Before she gets the chance to give him what for, she see's him interact and care for a young girl - and it melts her heart.
What develops is an attraction that's deep, and a feeling that's growing between these two.
They start seeing each other but not calling it a relationship, lets face it relationships have ups an downs, especially when she's rich, his a porno star and raising his sister with a disability.
So we embark on a journey of, could they, should they, can he trust her with lily, she deserves better etc etc etc. the sex scenes were hot and well described and appropriately placed for the story.
The characters in this book were so good, Cade was so much more than a porno star, and yes I wanted to slap him twice in this book. Lexi was so caring, trusting and giving and that had nothing to do with her money. Lilly the little sister was so cute, I'm sure they said she was six, but she appeared older to me.
I loved lexi's nursing friends and there Jell-O shots.
The epilogue was so sweet I loved it.
What a fab way to spend my Sunday afternoon reading this fulfilling story.
