Scarlet Moon

Scarlet Moon - Elisabeth Popolow Annabelle is horrible, just horrid, she turns people and uses them as servants. She tortures and abuses them in any way she can, if you really want to read about a horrid female vamp, meet annabelle.

Chester, apparently known as Sang in later books, is a humble young man dragged away from his family and turned, and this is his story.

I liked Chester, I liked him even more when he met Cain, but there relationship was never going to go too far with Annabelle around.

If I'm honest, I found annabelle too horrid, and I was constantly worried what she'd do next, let me say the last card she played hurt!

At times I felt it could flow better and there was may be too much talk of bakiing pie and sewing.

I understand this a prequel so we can understand Sang in later books, I checked out other books and they seem much lighter.

I've rated this book 3 ~ 3.5 stars, mainly due to me not liking things too dark, I don't do horrors, I'm too Squimish, if you like yours dark with totally evil vampire mistress, this is for you.
